# Research and apply the latest technologies and tools including open source tools and platforms, web services and open interfaces and service oriented architectures to build software that is state-of-the-art.
# To build re-usable product components
# To formulate/ provide feedback for technical design standards using the design principles
# To define programming standards for development process
